Shipping Policy

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

During busy periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

New Zealand Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • Rural Delivery: Please allow an additional 1–3 business days

International Shipping (if applicable)

  • Delivery timeframes vary by destination (typically 7–21 business days).

  • Customs processing may cause delays beyond our control.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number (if applicable).

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather events

  • High parcel volumes

  • Customs processing (international orders)

We are not responsible for delays once the parcel has been handed over to the courier.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.

If your parcel is lost in transit:

  • Please contact us and we will lodge an investigation with the courier.

  • Investigations may take 5–10 business days.
